2020 年需要一列快车，事实上它却如此缓慢，让人们的步伐更加仓促、手忙脚乱。我们在标着 “K（快）” 字的列车上逐渐学会静下来，关注窗外与身体的细节，走走停停，重新理解时间。
这趟列车长达 30 小时，同行者还能在车厢里翻开《一九八四》。水泥公园现场艺术节自 2018 年启动，本届以“从南通到吉林，K1984”为题，计划 11 月 4 日从南通出发，沿途艺术家即兴行动，欢迎旅人于任何站点上车加入。

2020 seemed to demand an express line, yet everything moved slowly, forcing hurried bodies into awkward rhythms. On the so-called “fast” K1984 train, participants slowed down, tracing tiny details of posture, glancing at the window’s endless landscape and even reading Orwell’s 1984 while travelling for thirty hours.
The third CEMENT PARK Live Art Festival (since 2018) used the route Nantong → Jilin as both stage and score: artists performed in carriages and welcomed fellow travelers to join at any station.
