2026年，我29岁，失业了。说得体面一点，叫开始做freelance；说得准确一点，就是白天像老板，晚上像客服，凌晨像网吧包夜的网管。
自由职业听起来很自由，实际上很容易变成一种新型坐牢：你坐在电脑前，盯着一个 AI agent 跑。
于是我做了一个很小的东西：Signal3，一个放在电脑旁边的 AI 状态灯。用户买的不是三颗灯泡，用户买的是少看一百次屏幕的权利。

In 2026, at 29, I lost my job and started freelancing. It sounds free, but the daily reality quickly became sitting in front of a computer and watching an AI agent run.
When it runs, you do not dare to leave. When it stops, you often do not know why. Signal3 is a small desktop traffic light that pulls the AI state out of the screen and puts it back into the room.
It is not selling three bulbs. It is selling the right to look at the screen a hundred fewer times.
三色逻辑
绿灯：AI 正在执行任务、生成代码、跑命令、拉依赖、等待测试结果。你可以先去倒水。
黄灯：任务结束、等待用户输入、需要确认、扫码、授权，或者暂时没有活。它在等你。
红灯：命令失败、超时、卡住、冲突、连接异常，或者出现明确错误关键词。别装死，回来处理。

Three-state logic
Green: the AI is running tasks, generating code, executing commands, installing dependencies or waiting for tests. You can step away.
Yellow: the task is finished, idle, waiting for input, approval, login or authorization. It is waiting for you.
Red: the command failed, timed out, got stuck, hit a conflict, lost connection or produced a clear error signal. Come back and handle it.
